Once upon a time, in a sleepy little college town,
There lived a pretty lady and a complete clown,
They met long ago, upon a bridge in a little café,
Their path forth could be written into quite a play.
She was the one who spoke of news and newspaper,
While the clown talked only of water vapor,
It seems all they shared, was just eye lens,
But along the way, they became good friends.
Sometimes she thinks, she is about to snap,
That makes her sad, and full of remorse
But says the geek, why take the crap,
Does she forget, she is the force?
One evening, the lady cooked shrimp sublime,
When teased, she hit with all her might
They laughed, they talked, and had a great time
These lines I write, for that lovely night.
